She doesn't try to sell you products or services you don't need and she offers touch-ups/follow-ups at no extra cost. The customer service is wonderful here. While I did not use Dr. Brad Barnett's services, I did meet him.   California Lasik & Eye was wonderful about updating appointment information. When I arrive, the staff was friendly. The office is beautiful and has a very clean and cluttered appearance.
